Roles we typically seek
Property managers
With or without professional qualification. A calling for service is essential, and intermediate English is required: many of our communities in the Levante region and Costa del Sol have foreign property owners.
Specialised lawyers
Horizontal property law, employment law applied to community staff, tax law for homeowners’ associations. Close client relationships, without the stress of a busy law firm.
Accountants and tax specialists
With experience in civil partnerships, pro-rata VAT and community taxation. You are backed by proprietary software: accounting has not been done by hand since 1990.
Technology team
PHP, JavaScript, SQL. We work with proprietary software we have been developing for decades. It is not a maintenance position: it is building tools used by thousands of people every day.
Customer support
Clear communication, patience, basic knowledge of the Spanish Horizontal Property Act. The Group’s front line: the people who listen to a property owner on a Tuesday afternoon and solve their problem by Thursday.
