How much does it cost to hire Mediterráneo as a property manager?
Pricing depends on the size of the community, services included and location. A community of 30–50 homes typically costs between 7 and 14 euros per owner per month. We prepare quotes tailored to your building’s actual data — search for your community in the directory and receive a transparent proposal within 24 hours.
What exactly does the property management service include?
Convening and attending owners’ meetings, preparing minutes, complete accounting, collection and payment processing, supplier selection and supervision, insurance claims handling, neighbour mediation, labour advice for building staff, regulatory compliance and a digital portal with 24/7 documentation. How do you change property managers?
The change is agreed at the meeting by simple majority and communicated in writing to the outgoing manager. The manager must provide all documentation (accounts, contracts, minutes, owner register) within a reasonable timeframe. Mediterráneo coordinates the transition, audits the documentation and activates services without the community noticing a day of downtime.
How quickly do you respond to an incident?
Incidents opened via app or web are handled the same business day. Off-hours emergencies have a 24/7 phone line. Average time to mobilise the supplier: less than 24 hours. The owner sees the status in real time from the app.
Can I hold virtual meetings with Mediterráneo?
Yes, if the bylaws allow it or if the community approves unanimously. The platform allows you to convene, attend, vote and sign minutes entirely remotely, with support in Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque, English, French and German.
