How much does Mediterráneo cost?
It depends on the size of the community, the services included and the location. A community of 30–50 dwellings typically pays between €7 and €14 per owner per month. Find your community in the search box for an exact proposal within one working day.
What services should a good property management include?
At minimum: convening meetings, minutes, accounting, collection, supplier management, insurance claims and mediation. Comprehensive management adds legal advice, technical audits, grant applications and a digital portal.
How do I change property manager?
The change is agreed at the owners’ general meeting by simple majority and communicated to the outgoing property manager in writing. Mediterráneo coordinates the transition, audits the documentation handed over and activates services without the community noticing a single day of disruption.
What public grants are available for refurbishing my community?
In 2026, the Next Generation EU Funds (40–80% coverage) and personal income tax relief for energy efficiency remain active. We manage the entire application process.
What insurance does a residential community need?
Community insurance is compulsory (buildings and liability). Securme, the Group’s insurance brokerage, reduces premiums by 15% to 30% while maintaining or improving cover.
