01 · Measurable savings

What isn’t measured doesn’t improve.

Every intervention begins with quantitative audit and ends with verified savings report, with real kWh and euros in the special assessment. No vague promises.

02 · Grants processed

From paperwork to bank account.

Next Generation, CAE, income tax deductions, regional grants. We prepare the application, submit it, monitor until the money arrives.

03 · Execution with approved suppliers

The project doesn’t stay on paper.

Execution with the Group’s supplier network, same standards as Maintenance. Group warranty on completed work.

What we do

Energy, start to finish.

From initial invoice analysis to post-work savings monitoring. Each phase has clear deliverables and meeting-defensible data.

Contract optimisation

  • Electricity and gas invoice audit
  • Retailer negotiation
  • Power adjustment
  • Time-of-use tariff review
  • Single contract for multi-supply
  • Expiry and price increase alerts

Efficiency projects

  • Envelope insulation (SATE, roofs)
  • High-performance windows
  • LED lighting and motion sensors in common areas
  • Efficient heating (air source heat pumps)
  • Meters and real-time monitoring
  • Post-work energy certification

Grants and self-consumption

  • Next Generation EU Funds processing
  • Regional and municipal grants
  • Income tax deduction for efficiency works
  • Energy Efficiency Certificate (CAE)
  • Community solar self-consumption
  • Electric vehicle charging points

Ask another question
What Next Generation EU grants are still active in 2026?
Building energy rehabilitation programmes (improvements types 1 to 3 depending on energy savings achieved) remain in force, covering 40% to 80% of investment. Managed by regional governments with application windows open until 2026–2027. Mediterráneo processes the complete application.
Can a community install solar self-consumption?
Yes, through collective self-consumption. Requires qualified majority (3/5 under reformed LPH) and installation can be proprietary or with a technical partner who finances the project. Typical payback: 6–10 years depending on climate zone and tariff.
What is a CAE and what is it for?
The Energy Efficiency Certificate (CAE) certifies measurable savings from an efficiency measure. It is monetised by selling to obligated retailers, reducing net project cost for the community. Mediterráneo manages processing and sale.
Is there an income tax deduction for efficiency works?
Yes, up to 60% of investment, with annual limits, for works reducing primary energy demand by at least 30% or improving energy rating of a home or building. Compatible with Next Generation in some cases.
How long does an efficiency project take to pay back?
Depends on work type and subsidy combination. LED lighting: 1–3 years. Envelope insulation: 6–12 years. Self-consumption: 6–10 years. With Next Generation grants, timescales reduce significantly. Each proposal includes its own defensible ROI calculation.
