Contact through the app
It’s now easier than ever to communicate with your property manager. And best of all, there’s no waiting. Simply send a message through the Mediterráneo app or from the private area of the Mediterráneo website and your message will arrive instantly.
As you can imagine, there are hundreds of owners sharing a wide variety of information with our managers, whether by telephone, email or in person (again, by appointment only).
The advantage of contact through the app is that you don’t have to wait on the other end of the phone (our property management offices receive a lot of calls at the same time).
With the app, you send your message and receive a notification when your property manager gets a chance to read it and respond. This normally happens within 24 hours of your first message.
