You can access all of this through our App or our Website. We address your inquiries to inform you about your community, always with rigor, impartiality, and transparency.

Communities are becoming increasingly regulated. There are many legal criteria to comply with, from maintaining the state of buildings to mandatory technical inspections. The responsibility is shared: owners make decisions, administrators advise and manage, and providers carry out works or services. The good news is that there is an increase in security and habitability. Mediterráneo stands out for its knowledge of the requirements and procedures to be carried out, thanks to specialized departments that support the offices.

Mediterráneo is registered as a company with the College of Property Administrators of Valencia and Castellón. We also have professionals who are members of the territorial Colleges in our areas of operation, some of whom even serve on their governing bodies. We identify with the defense of the profession and the qualification provided by the Colleges, supporting their initiatives for legal improvements and sector modernization.
